Nails should make you feel good. If your order doesn't — for any reason — we'll make it right. No interrogation, no fine print games, just real support from real humans.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not happy with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery at ableluckyus@gmail.com with your order number and a quick note about the issue. We'll work it out — that's a promise.
We accept:
- Unopened sets in original packaging
- Quality issues (defects, damage in transit, wrong item received)
- Sizing problems (see Size Guarantee below)
Refund options
- Full refund to your original payment method, or
- Store credit with an extra 10% bonus added on top, or
- Free replacement in a different size or style
You choose what works best.
Size Guarantee 💅
Press-ons are tricky to size. We know.
If your set doesn't fit, here's what we do:
- Email us a photo of your hand with the set on within 30 days.
- We'll send a free replacement in your corrected size — no need to reorder, no need to pay again.
- Keep the original set or pass it to a friend.
We only ask that you use our [Size Guide] before ordering. Honest mistakes happen, and we've got you.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Receive something faulty or different from what you ordered? Send us a photo at ableluckyus@gmail.com within 30 days and we'll ship a replacement immediately — no need to send anything back.
Final Sale Items
Items marked "Final Sale" on the product page (clearance, bundle deals over 40% off) are not eligible for refund or exchange. Everything else is covered.
How long do refunds take?
Once approved, refunds appear on your card within 5-10 business days. We'll send you a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your replacement ships. If you don't see an update within 14 business days, reply to the email and we'll personally chase it down.
